Job Title: Business Development Executive (Sales) Job Location: Baner, Pune (Work from Office Mandate) Experience: 0-6 Years Shift: 6.30PM-3.30 AM IST (Night shift) Monday to Friday Qualification: Any Graduates/MBA preferred Must have Skills:
- Experience in US IT sales or cold calling (150-200 calls per day)
- Excellent English communication skills
- Robust persuasion and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in US shift timings
- Basic understanding of IT services (preferred Digital marketing, Cyber security/ITS services/Ecommerce) Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound cold calls to US-based clients
- Generate and qualify IT sales leads
- Identify client requirements and present company services
- Schedule meetings/demos for senior sales team
- Maintain CRM records and follow-ups
