About the Role

We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Business Development Executive to expand our presence in Bengaluru. If you enjoy meeting clients, building relationships, and closing deals, this role offers an exciting opportunity to work with innovative AI-driven business solutions while earning attractive incentives.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and connect with prospective clients through outbound calls and lead generation activities.

- Conduct engaging online product demonstrations and impactful in-person client presentations.

- Meet clients across Bengaluru to understand their business needs and propose suitable AI-powered solutions.

- Build and nurture long-term client relationships through regular follow-ups and consultative selling.

- Manage the complete sales cycle—from prospecting and meetings to negotiation, closing, and client onboarding.

- Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline updates using CRM tools.

- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required Qualifications





- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

- Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Field Sales.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships.

- Self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about achieving results.

- Must be based in Bengaluru and willing to travel locally for client meetings.
