Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) with 2–6 years of proven experience in the US Staffing industry. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in client acquisition, lead generation, account management, and developing long-term business relationships with direct clients and implementation partners.

Key Responsibilities

1. Generate current business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and other lead generation platforms.
2. Must have experience in Identify and acquire new Direct Clients and Implementation Partners in the US Staffing industry.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring requirements.
4. Negotiate contracts, rates, and service agreements with clients.
5. Coordinate with recruitment teams to ensure timely delivery of qualified candidates.
6. Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to client onboarding and account management.
7. Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.
8.



Maintain accurate records of client interactions, opportunities, and pipeline in CRM.
9. Stay updated with US staffing market trends and competitor activities.

Required Skills
1. Must have 5–6 years of hands-on Business Development experience in the US Staffing industry.
2. Proven experience in acquiring Direct Clients and Implementation Partners.
3. Strong knowledge of the US recruitment lifecycle and staffing processes.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
5. Must have experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar lead generation tools.
6. Ability to work independently and achieve revenue targets.
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
2. Existing network of US clients and staffing contacts is an added advantage.
3. Experience working with ATS/CRM tools.
