Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic, target-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth by achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and develop new business opportunities
- Build and maintain robust client relationships
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Prepare proposals and negotiate deals with clients
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Maintain sales reports and pipeline updates

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing,



Sales, or a related field
- Experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented
- Experience with CRM tools is an added advantage
