Job Summary:

We are a leading Industrial Marketing and Service firm dealing with major PSU clients like BPCL, IOCL, and HPCL. We specialize in supplying electrical materials, executing industrial painting contracts, and handling pump maintenance at large-scale LPG plants.

We are looking for a sharp, energetic, and result-oriented professional to handle our tendering processes, coordinate with clients, and drive business growth. Prior knowledge of GeM (Government e-Marketplace) and online bidding is NOT mandatory, as training will be provided. However, a strong understanding of industrial environments, technical components, or the oil & gas sector is highly required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify relevant tenders issued by BPCL, IOCL, HPCL, and other PSUs.
- Review tender documents thoroughly to check eligibility, compliance, and technical criteria.
- Gather necessary commercial and technical documents from the team to prepare error-free bids.
- Handle regular follow-ups with procurement departments and PSU officers.
- Assist in market expansion, client relationship management,



and generating current business inquiries.
- Visit sites or plants (like LPG bottling plants) occasionally if required for tender alignment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Industry Knowledge: Must have a basic understanding of industrial products, electrical materials, or mechanical maintenance (Oil & Gas sector background is a huge plus).
- Education: Diploma/B.E. in Electrical/Commerce Graduate with relevant industrial marketing experience.
- Experience: 0–2 years in Industrial Sales, Technical Marketing, or a similar field. Freshers with strong technical knowledge can also apply.
- Skills: Excellent communication, proficiency in MS Office (Excel & Word), and a strong willingness to learn government portal structures (GeM/e-Procurement).
- Attitude: Sharp, detail-oriented, and highly accountable.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
