We're looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) with prior experience in the IT industry to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
> Generate leads and identify new business opportunities for IT services Handle client communication and understand business requirements
>
> Prepare proposals, follow up with prospects, and close deals
>
> Build and maintain long-term client relationships
>
> Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth project handovers
>
> Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements: ✔ 1–3 years of Business Development experience in an IT company (Mandatory)
✔ Robust knowledge of IT services such as Web Development, Mobile Apps, Software Development, UI/UX, Digital Solutions, etc.
✔ Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
✔ Experience with lead generation through LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer, or other online platforms is a plus
✔ Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to grow
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
