Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop current business opportunities in construction, infrastructure, government, and industrial sectors.

Promote laboratory testing, geotechnical investigation, quality control, and material testing services.

Meet consultants, contractors, builders, architects, project management consultants (PMC), and government departments.

Generate leads and convert inquiries into business opportunities.

Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and service presentations.

Maintain solid relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction.

Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities.

Coordinate with technical and operations teams for project execution.

Follow up on proposals, payments, and customer requirements.

Participate in exhibitions, seminars, and industry events.

Maintain CRM records and prepare weekly/monthly marketing reports.

Achieve sales and revenue targets assigned by management.

Required Qualifications

MBA (Marketing), BBA, B.Com, B.Tech Civil, or equivalent qualification.

Strong communication, presentation,



and negotiation skills.

Knowledge of construction, infrastructure, engineering, or laboratory services will be preferred.

Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Ability to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
