We are expanding our Business Development team and are looking for professionals who enjoy meeting corporate clients, generating new business, and building long-term relationships.

Role Overview

This is a client-facing Business Development role where you'll identify business opportunities, build corporate relationships, and help companies with customized gifting, branding, merchandise, and printing solutions.

This role requires a proactive, execution-focused individual who enjoys meeting clients and converting opportunities into long-term business.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business through LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and outbound prospecting.
- Schedule and attend meetings with HR, Procurement, Marketing, Admin, and Business Leaders.




- Understand client requirements and recommend customized branding and gifting solutions.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Build long-term client relationships and generate repeat business.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and consistently achieve business targets.

Required Experience
- 1–5 years of experience in Business Development, Corporate Sales, or Client Servicing.
- Experience working with B2B or corporate clients.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with lead generation and business development.
- Comfortable with client meetings and relationship building.
- Self-driven with a strong ownership mindset.
