We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the company's revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate current business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and online research.

- Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.

- Understand customer requirements and present suitable products and services.

- Schedule and conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.

- Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, and follow up with clients.

- Negotiate and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

- Maintain accurate records of leads and sales activities in the CRM system.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.

- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities,



and market opportunities.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or a similar role.

- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in sales may also apply.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
