Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)

Location: Sahakar Nagar, Bengaluru

Experience: 3+ Years

Salary: Up to ₹50,000 per month (depending on experience and interview performance)

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate current business opportunities.

Build and maintain relationships with five-star hotels, corporate companies, reputed schools, and other potential clients.

Meet prospective clients and understand their event requirements.

Promote the company's event management services and convert leads into business.

Negotiate contracts and close deals.

Coordinate with the internal team to ensure successful event execution.

Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or a related field.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Strong networking and client relationship management abilities.

Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

Experience in the event management industry is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
