We're hiring for one of our clients and looking for a Business Development professional with experience in Corporate Interior Fit-Outs and Design-Build projects. The ideal candidate should have a robust industry network and the ability to generate new business opportunities while building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate new business opportunities for corporate interior fit-out projects.
- Develop leads through architects, PMC firms, corporates, consultants, and channel partners.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the design team for proposals.
- Prepare presentations, commercial proposals, and negotiate contracts.




- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and manage the sales pipeline using CRM.

- Requirements:

- 3 - 6 years of experience in Business Development within the Corporate Interior Fit-Out industry.
- Strong network in the commercial real estate, corporate, or interior fit-out sector.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
