Role Description

This is a full-time, COMISSION & PARTNERSHIP BASED in office Business Development Consultant role based in Ahmedabad.

The Business Development

Consultant will identify and pursue new business opportunities, including expanding the customer base and entering new markets.

Responsibilities include generating leads, engaging potential clients, conducting consultations to understand their needs, and proposing suitable product solutions. The role involves developing business plans, supporting sales strategies, monitoring market trends,



and collaborating with internal teams to improve offerings and customer satisfaction. The consultant will maintain regular communication with clients, prepare reports on business performance, and participate in meetings and presentations to support growth objectives.

Please note: Candidate will be hired on commission basis- on sales (TADA will be provided)

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in New Business Development and Business Planning to drive growth and structure strategic initiatives.
- Candidates should possess skills in Lead Generation to identify, qualify, and nurture prospective clients and partners.
- Candidates should possess skills in Consulting and Communication to understand client requirements, provide solutions, and build long-term relationships.
- Experience in FMCG, food products, or spices industry is essential
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and presentation skills are preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
