We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to identify recent business opportunities, generate leads, build strong client relationships, and contribute to company growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, networking, and referrals.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings with potential clients.
- Understand client requirements and present suitable products or services.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Update CRM with customer interactions and sales activities.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related.
- 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role (Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
