What You'll Be Doing ? As a Business Development Associate, you'll be the first point of contact for aspiring students and their families, helping them discover the right educational opportunities.

Your day-to-day includes:

- ? Connect with students and parents through outbound and follow-up calls.
- ? Understand their career goals, interests, and learning aspirations.
- ? Recommend the right programs based on their needs.
- ? Explain course benefits, career outcomes,



and admission processes in a simple and engaging way.
- ? Handle student and parent queries with confidence and empathy.
- ? Schedule counselling sessions and guide learners throughout their admission journey.
- ? Follow up with interested students until they successfully enroll.
- ? Update conversations, follow-ups, and pipeline activities in the CRM.
- ? Collaborate with marketing, counselling, and admissions teams to achieve enrollment targets.
- ? Continuously improve your communication, sales, and relationship-building skills.

Who We're Looking For ? You'll love this role if you are:

- ? ? Fresh graduates or recent pass-outs from any academic background
- ? Fluent in Tamil (Mandatory).
- ? Comfortable communicating in English.
- ? Confident and energetic and enjoy interacting with people.
