We are currently expanding our North-East partner acquisition program and are looking for a high-potential Business Development Associate to lead on-ground sourcing in Guwahati
Role Overview -
This role is entrepreneurial in nature. You will be responsible for building a strong pipeline of salon & spa professionals, driving structured field outreach, and owning end-to-end onboarding coordination.
This is a high-ownership, target-driven role combining field visits and structured reporting.
Key Responsibilities -
Identify and acquire high-quality salon & spa professionals
Conduct structured field visits across Guwahati
Build relationships with local institutes and salon owners
Educate prospects about earning potential and migration pathways
Manage lead funnel, screening, and documentation
Maintain disciplined daily reporting & pipeline tracking
Ideal Candidate Profile -
Fluent in Khasi (mandatory)
Strong communication skills
Owns a personal laptop (mandatory)
Comfortable with daily field travel
0–3 years of experience in sales / recruitment / field growth roles
Data-oriented and target-driven mindset
