Two X Capital is a dedicated investment management firm committed to creating long-term wealth through aligned interests, rigorous research, and disciplined portfolio management.

We are looking for a Business Development Associate to support the firm's investor relations, fundraising, and business development efforts. This role is central to driving AUM growth for our Category III AIF by building and maintaining relationships with HNIs, family offices, wealth management platforms, and distributors, while ensuring a smooth investor journey from first conversation to onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Pipeline Management

● Support sourcing and qualification of prospective investors across HNI, family office, and wealth platform channels.

● Directly communicate with prospective clients to introduce the firm, fund, and team, and understand their investment requirements.

● Coordinate with wealth management platforms on empanelment status, RM communication, and material distribution.





● Assist in preparing pitch materials, one-pagers, and other content for prospective investors.

Investor Onboarding & Servicing

● Serve as the point of contact for investor queries during onboarding, escalating substantive questions to senior IR/investment team members.

Qualifications & Experience

● Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or Business Administration.

● 2–4+ years of experience in wealth management operations, fund administration, investor relations, or business development within financial services (AIF/PMS/asset management exposure preferred).

● Working knowledge of investor onboarding processes and familiarity with capital markets fundamentals.

● Positive written and verbal communication skills; ability to interact professionally with HNIs, family office principals, and platform RMs.
