Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Associate role based in Jaipur.

The Business Development

Associate will identify and qualify recent leads, build and maintain relationships with educational institutions, partners, and prospective students, and support the expansion of Standyou’s scholarship and admission services. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, preparing and delivering presentations about Standyou’s offerings,



and collaborating with internal teams to align business development efforts with organizational goals. The role also involves tracking and reporting on lead generation activities, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, and providing feedback to improve outreach strategies and service offerings.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Presentation Skills and experience creating and delivering Presentations to diverse stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Lead Generation skills, including prospecting, qualification, and follow-up for new business opportunities.
- Candidates should possess Market Research skills to analyze trends, competitor activity, and student or partner needs.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage effectively with clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field are beneficial.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and meet targets and deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills, customer-focused mindset, and interest in the education and edtech sector.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, MS Office or Google Workspace, and comfort with online meeting platforms is an advantage.
