- Role: Academic Counsellor / Business Development Associate (BDA)
- Location: Gurgaon (Work From Office)
- CTC - 7 LPA
- Shift Timings: 11:00 AM 8:00 PM
- Weekly Offs: Monday & Tuesday

Role Overview As an Academic Counsellor, you will guide prospective students in choosing the right learning programs based on their career goals and educational needs. You will act as a trusted advisor throughout the admission journey while driving enrollments and contributing to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel prospective students and parents through phone calls, virtual meetings, and video consultations.
- Understand students' academic backgrounds, career aspirations, and learning requirements.
- Recommend suitable courses and learning solutions based on individual needs.
- Explain course curriculum, program benefits, fee structure, financing options, and career opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with potential learners and maintain regular follow-ups.




- Convert qualified leads into successful admissions by providing accurate information and personalized guidance.
- Handle student queries professionally and ensure a seamless admission experience.
- Maintain CRM records and track leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Consistently achieve monthly enrollment and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of enrolled students.

Eligibility Criteria

Experience: 02 Years

Age: Up to 29 Years

Education - Graduation

Preferred Profile

- Experience in EdTech or a combination of EdTech and Non-EdTech sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and relationship-building abilities.
- Passion for counselling, sales, and helping students achieve their career goals.
- Target-oriented mindset with a customer-first approach.
