NR Consulting is hiring for the position of Business Development Associate UK & Europe Staffing.

Location: Noida (Work from Office)

Shift: 12:00 PM 9:00 PM (IST)

Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 Days Working)

We are looking for a passionate and target-driven Business Development Associate with experience in UK Staffing and Europe Staffing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive new client acquisition across the UK and Europe markets.
- Generate qualified leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns, networking, and other business development activities.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with prospective clients.
- Understand client hiring requirements and offer staffing solutions.
- Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure timely delivery.
- Manage the sales pipeline and achieve monthly business targets.

Required Skills:





- Experience in Business Development within UK Staffing and/or Europe Staffing.
- Strong expertise in Client Acquisition, Lead Generation, and B2B Sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Experience using LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, or other prospecting tools is preferred.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and passionate about sales.

Mandatory Requirement:

- Candidates must have their own laptop.
- Must be comfortable working from the Noida office (5 days a week).
