This is the primary external-facing role-a relationship, representation, and coordination role. The position covers stakeholder engagement, partner and developer onboarding, business development, and coordination of third-party validation and verification logistics. It works directly with the founder, with senior institutional engagements conducted under founder support.

The role does not involve technical carbon accounting, greenhouse-gas quantification, or field data collection; those responsibilities remain with the technical / MRV function.

Key Responsibilities

Stakeholder Engagement

- Build and maintain relationships with programme partners and institutional stakeholders — including Kerala Rubber Limited, NABARD, the Rubber Board of India, distribution utilities, local authorities, and enrolled landowners.
- Support the formal stakeholder consultation process, documenting comments, and coordinating with the technical team on how feedback is addressed. Consultation ownership scales with experience.
- Conduct field visits to meet partners and asset owners directly for relationship-building and enrolment.

Business Development

- Present NaviRex's programmes to prospective partners, institutional asset owners, corporate sustainability partners, and participants in the Indian carbon market.
- Identify and develop new partnership and expansion opportunities across both the rubber / AR and distributed energy verticals.
- Represent NaviRex at relevant industry and sector forums, and build the company's professional network.

Partner & Developer Onboarding

- Manage the enrolment journey for new partners, developers,



and landowners — from initial engagement through consent and carbon-rights agreement — guiding them through the NaviTrace onboarding process and ensuring complete, accurate data entry.
- Coordinate with the technical team to confirm that enrolled sites meet eligibility screening before formal onboarding.
- Coordinate logistics for Validation and Verification Body (VVB / ACVA) audits — scheduling, site access, partner availability, and travel.
- Serve as the on-the-ground point of contact during audit visits, alongside the technical team, who handle substantive technical responses.
- Maintain pipeline records, partner documentation, follow-up cadence, and stakeholder mapping, and report field and market intelligence to the founder.

Scope Boundaries

This role is deliberately scoped away from technical methodology work. It does not include greenhouse-gas quantification, biomass or field census, technical drafting, hardware configuration, or MRV data analysis. Those responsibilities sit with the technical / sustainability function.

Requirements

- 1–5 years in business development, partnerships, operations, or stakeholder relations — ideally in renewable energy, agriculture, rural development, infrastructure, or a related sector. The role is scoped to the candidate, from associate to manager level,



with responsibility and title set accordingly.
- Willingness to travel frequently across Kerala, including to rural, farm, and project locations.
- Robust interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable engaging with landowners and institutional partners alike, and representing the company to senior government and institutional stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent relationships and priorities independently, with reliable follow-through.
- Working knowledge of Malayalam and English; familiarity with the Kerala market strongly preferred.
- A professional interest in climate, renewable energy, or environmental markets, with the capacity to become fluent in the sector.
- Prior exposure to the Indian carbon market, sustainability partnerships, or agri-value-chain programmes is an advantage but not required; full onboarding will be provided.
