Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Associate role based in Bengaluru South.

The Business Development

Associate will identify and qualify new business opportunities, engage with prospective and existing clients, and support the end-to-end sales cycle for custom ASICs, silicon IPs, and related solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching target markets, preparing presentations and proposals, coordinating product and technical discussions with internal teams, and maintaining accurate records in CRM tools. The role also involves tracking industry trends,



participating in client meetings and events, and collaborating closely with marketing and engineering teams to align business development activities with company strategy.

Qualifications

Strong skills in client relationship management, lead generation, and opportunity qualification.

Ability to conduct market and competitor research, analyze data, and generate actionable insights.

Effective communication, presentation, and negotiation skills for technical and non-technical audiences.

Basic understanding of semiconductor concepts, custom ASICs, and silicon IPs (or willingness to learn).

Proficiency with CRM tools, productivity software, and documentation of sales activities.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; semiconductor or technology sales experience is an advantage.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
