Role Description The Business Development Associate role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The associate will identify and qualify prospective learners and institutional partners, generate leads, and build a robust pipeline for Indian Edu Hub’s online programs. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, preparing and delivering presentations to potential stakeholders, and maintaining effective communication with leads through calls, emails, and meetings.





The role involves collaborating with internal teams to refine outreach strategies, tracking performance metrics, and contributing to the growth of Indian Edu Hub’s presence across South India.

Qualifications

Strong Presentation Skills and experience creating and delivering effective Presentations to diverse audiences.

Proven ability in Lead Generation, including prospecting, qualification, and pipeline management.

Experience conducting Market Research to understand learner needs, competition, and emerging trends.

Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on clear, professional interaction.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Comfort working in a rapid-paced, target-driven environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Prior experience in education, edtech, or services sales is an advantage.

Proficiency with CRM tools, MS Office or Google Workspace, and basic data reporting is beneficial.
