Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 per month

About the Role

We're looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Associate who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment. At Growth Jet Media, you'll identify new business opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and connect with founders, CXOs, and business leaders to drive revenue growth. You'll manage the sales process from lead generation to deal closure while building long-term client relationships and delivering tailored PR, branding, and media solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation

· Identify and research potential startups, founders, SMEs, and corporate prospects.

· Build and maintain a qualified pipeline of prospects.

Client Outreach & Relationship Building

· Connect with founders, CXOs, and marketing leaders through LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, and calls.

· Personalize outreach and maintain consistent follow-ups throughout the sales cycle.

Sales & Revenue Generation

· Understand client requirements and business goals.

· Recommend suitable PR, branding, and marketing solutions.

· Present proposals and media opportunities.

· Assist in negotiations and support deal closures.





Education

· Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.

· Graduates and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are encouraged to apply.

· MBA candidates are a plus but not mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Prior internship in sales or marketing
- Understanding of startups or entrepreneurship
- Interest in branding, PR, or digital marketing
- Experience with LinkedIn outreach
