We're Hiring: Business Development Associate — Frame Theory (Remote)
Frame Theory is a digital marketing agency working across creative, social media management, paid advertising, SEO/website, and app development. We're expanding our client base and looking for driven, self-motivated individuals to join us as Business Development Associates.
This is a remote position, open to candidates anywhere.
What You'll Do
- Connect with leads provided by the company and identify additional potential clients on your own
- Use any approach that works for you: cold calling, cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach, personal network, offline meetings, or your own methods
- Set up qualified meetings with our founder to take conversations forward
- Own the relationship from first contact through to closed deal
Compensation: Choose What Fits You
Option A: Stipend + Commission
- Month 1: Unpaid evaluation period
- From Month 2: Monthly stipend (based on Month 1 performance) plus 7% commission on invoice value from clients you bring in
- Structure locked in for 6 months
Option B: Commission Only
- No fixed pay
- 12 to 16% commission on invoice value (percentage depends on deal nature)
- Structure locked in for 6 months
Commission is paid once the client invoice is raised and payment is received.
Who We're Looking For
- Excellent communicator with strong networking instincts
- Comfortable with outbound outreach and relationship building
- Self-driven. This is a performance-based role with no fixed targets, but consistent effort is expected
- Prior experience in sales, business development, or agency environments is a plus but not mandatory
- Interest in digital marketing or tech services a bonus
- Able to work independently in a remote setup
