Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Associate – Business Development with experience in the market research and intelligence industry. The ideal candidate should have exposure to syndicated research, custom research solutions, and client engagement across research-driven offerings.

This role is best suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment and enjoys building client relationships while contributing directly to business growth and revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive business development initiatives for syndicated and customized market research solutions across multiple industries and geographies.
- Identify, prospect, and engage potential clients including consulting firms, corporates, investment firms, and strategy teams.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through outbound outreach, LinkedIn networking, email campaigns, and strategic business development efforts.
- Understand client business challenges and recommend relevant research and intelligence solutions.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and commercial discussions with confidence and professionalism.
- Collaborate closely with internal research and consulting teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.




- Manage the complete business development lifecycle from lead generation to closure and account management.
- Develop long-term client relationships and identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and evolving client requirements within the market research space.
- Maintain accurate sales reports, pipeline updates, and CRM records.

Candidate Profile

- 2–5 years of experience in business development or B2B sales within the market research, syndicated research, consulting, business intelligence, or knowledge services industry
- Strong understanding of market research methodologies and research-driven solutions
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently in a target-driven and high-growth environment
- Robust commercial mindset with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
- Experience handling international clients and global markets will be preferred
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM platforms, and outbound business development tools is an advantage.
