Role & responsibilities

- Reach out to prospects and your personal network via calls, WhatsApp, and in-person meetings
- Pitch financial products with full training, scripts, and support provided




- Book and run client meetings, and follow through until the deal closes
- Build and grow your own portfolio of clients over time
- Identify new client sources communities, local networks, referral relationships
- Report daily progress and maintain accurate client records

Preferred candidate profile

- Comfortable with a commission-only structure and uncapped earning potential
- Self-motivated and resilient — able to handle rejection and stay consistent
- Solid communicator in Hindi/English/Marathi
- Prior sales or client-facing experience is a plus, not required
- Own smartphone and genuine willingness to learn financial products from scratch
