JumpNow is a Chennai-based creative studio working at the intersection of influencer marketing, talent management, and content production. We work with brands across India on creator-led campaigns, and manage exclusive talent in the South Indian creator space. We're a small, ambitious team — and we're building out fast.
The Role
We're looking for a hungry, self-driven Business Development Associate to help us grow JumpNow's brand partnerships and campaign pipeline. You won't be doing just admin — you'll be in the trenches: researching brands, crafting outreach, following up relentlessly, and helping close deals alongside our founder. This is a ground-floor opportunity at a studio that works at the cutting edge of creator economy and South Indian entertainment.
What you'll Do
-Research brands and identify the right decision-makers (Marketing Managers, Brand Heads) to target
– Send cold outreach via LinkedIn, email, and WhatsApp — and follow up until you get a response
– Maintain and update the leads pipeline in our CRM daily
– Prepare pitch decks, capability presentations, and proposals with direction from the founder
– Coordinate with the ops team to ensure smooth brief-to-campaign handoff once a deal is closed
– Track industry trends — new brand launches, campaign seasons, competitor activity
– Attend client calls and meetings alongside the founder as you ramp up
What we're looking for
-Solid written and verbal communication in English — you'll be writing a lot of outreach
– Comfort with LinkedIn, Gmail, and basic Google Sheets/Docs
– A genuine interest in brands, marketing, and the creator/influencer space– Self-starter attitude — you don't wait to be told what to do next
– Any background in Mass Communication, MBA (Marketing), or Media Studies is a plus
– Prior internship or experience in sales, marketing, or media is great — but not mandatory
What this role is not
– Notapurely administrative or back-office role
– Nota9-to-5 where you clock in and clock out — campaigns don't respect timesheets
– Not for someone looking for a slow ramp — you'll be doing real work from week one
