Rainbow International School is looking for a agile, result-oriented Business Development Associate (BDA) specializing in Commercial Property Search & Real Estate Acquisition.

If you have a sharp eye for prime locations, a strong network in commercial real estate, and love driving strategic growth, we want you on our team!

? Key Responsibilities:

Property Identification: Search and scout for premium commercial properties, land, or buildings ideal for setting up/expanding our school campus.

Market Research: Analyze local demographics, connectivity, and zoning laws to ensure the locations meet educational board standards.

Liaison & Negotiation: Deal directly with property owners, real estate brokers, and local authorities to negotiate the best lease or purchase terms.

Site Evaluation: Conduct physical site visits, assess infrastructure feasibility,



and prepare detailed property evaluation reports for management.

? What We Are Looking For:

Proven experience as a BDA, Real Estate Consultant, or Property Acquisition Specialist (Experience in the education sector is a huge plus!).

Strong understanding of commercial real estate markets, legal documentation, and land laws.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to travel locally for site inspections and meetings.
