Azumi is a technology-driven real estate platform with a vision of redefining the process of buying, selling and renting homes in the premium and mid-luxury segment. We unify primary, resale and rental properties on a single verified platform, and support clients, through a dedicated advisor. Azumi keeps the customer at the centre of everything and our proprietary tech-stack brings radical transparency to the process.

We're at the beginning of our journey, and we're looking for someone entrepreneurial and execution-focused. This is a founding team role, not a sales position.

Who this is for:

- 0–2 years in a client-facing, sales, or relationship role — banking, insurance, real estate, etc.
- Comfortable with outbound outreach, cold calling, and on-ground visits
- Curious about real estate; prior industry exposure is a plus, not a requirement
- Comfortable working within CRM systems
- Reads customer sentiment and local market dynamics well; Mumbai-based candidates preferred

What you will own:





- Qualify inbound and outbound leads, and coordinate visits alongside a senior advisor
- Support client conversations — research, curation, and follow-ups
- Build relationships with brokers, channel partners, and referral sources in your micro market
- Keep CRM data, pipelines, and trackers accurate and current
- Support execution of end-to-end transactions, from discovery through closing
- Gradually move into an Advisor role who owns a P&L;
