Job: Marketing Manager and Business Development Manager

We are looking for a agile, highly experienced, and result-oriented professional to lead our Business Development, Marketing, Brand Promotion, and Client Relationship initiatives.

This is a leadership role for someone who can confidently represent our businesses, generate new opportunities, build long-term client relationships, and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute business development strategies to drive company growth.

Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into long-term clients.

Represent the company confidently in meetings, presentations, networking events, and corporate interactions.

Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns.

Promote and strengthen the brand presence of our businesses, including our Advertising Company, Lakmé Salon, and Luxury Car division.

Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, government departments, institutions, and business partners.

Prepare business proposals, presentations, quotations, and marketing plans.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects and client requirements.

Conduct market research, analyze competitors, and identify new growth opportunities.

Achieve business targets and contribute to increasing revenue and market presence.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone who:





Has extensive experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, and Brand Management.

Is confident, presentable, and capable of representing the company at the highest professional level.

Possesses excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Has a proven track record of generating business and achieving revenue targets.

Can work independently while leading business growth initiatives.

Is proactive, strategic, and solution-oriented.

Has strong networking abilities and the confidence to build valuable business connections.

Experience Required

Minimum: 5-7 yrs years of relevant experience in Business Development, Marketing, Sales, or Corporate Relations.

Experience in Advertising, Branding, Luxury Services, Hospitality, Beauty & Wellness, or Corporate Sales will be an added advantage.

Compensation

Salary: ₹5–6 * Lakhs per annum (Negotiable for the right candidate based on experience and performance).
