Job Summary: A Business Development Executive is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, building relationships with clients, and helping the company achieve its sales and revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, social media, and networking.
- Contact potential clients and explain the company's products or services.
- Schedule meetings and presentations with prospective customers.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into customers.
- Negotiate pricing and close sales deals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM software.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and industry trends.




- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to improve business growth.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 year work experience

Bachelor's degree in Business. Marketing, or any relevant field

Required Skills:

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Solid sales and persuasion abilities.
- Confidence in handling customer inquiries.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Good problem-solving and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
