- Good domain understanding of any of the following - Wholesale Banking, Commercial Banking, Cards, Lending, Payments, Agency Banking Products such as Life and Non-life Insurance, Cards, Deposits, Mutual Funds etc.
- Core BA skills - preparing Business Requirements, user stories, providing requirement walkthroughs, assisting during UAT/PVT
- Should be well versed with Process Improvement, Impact Assessment and Change Management.
- Hands on experience on Agile methodologies
- Solid Stakeholder Management and Analytical skills
