THE ROLE

- Your contribution would be to help Illumine’s ideas & body of work reach multiple communities like changemakers; CEOs & the business community; global research labs & the practitioner community; institutional leaders in the Government & Education.
- You will primarily leverage digital channels such as social media & LinkedIn, newsletters, podcasts, & other platforms for the outreach & dissemination.
- You take ownership of the role including the system build, the day-to-day writing, the engagement with partners and leveraging analytics.
- Your work will help create curiosity which turn into new conversations, project possibilities,



business or research partnerships within the country & globally.

Who we’re looking for We are looking for candidates with –

- 3-7 years of hands-on experience in digital communications, content strategy or publishing
- Proven capacity to work with complex ideas & knowledge frameworks
- Visible proof of user orientation - having a track record of successfully growing & meaningfully engaging an audience or a community of readers.
- Visible proof of end-to-end ownership and proof of shipping outputs.
- Philosophical alignment where you value what Illumine values – nation building through knowledge sciences rooted in a strong philosophical foundation of Swami Vivekananda’s ideas of Vedanta

Pay: ₹750,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
