About the Role Hiteshi Infotech is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Consultant to drive international business growth by identifying client needs, recommending technology solutions, and managing the complete sales lifecycle. The ideal candidate should have experience in IT services sales with solid consultative selling, deal closure, and client relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities Manage qualified leads and drive them through the complete sales cycle until successful closure. Understand client business requirements and recommend suitable software development and AI-based technology solutions. Conduct discovery calls, solution presentations, and client discussions to identify business opportunities.

Prepare customized proposals, quotations, commercial documents, and Statements of Work (SOWs) in coordination with internal teams.



Negotiate commercial terms and independently close business deals while ensuring customer satisfaction. Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and consistently achieve revenue targets.

Collaborate with technical and pre-sales teams to propose the best-fit solutions for client requirements. Build and maintain long-term relationships with international clients. Track opportunities, forecasts, and sales activities using CRM tools.

Required Skills &

Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in International IT Services Sales. Strong understanding of custom software development, web applications, mobile applications, cloud solutions, and AI services. Proven experience in managing the complete sales cycle from requirement gathering to deal closure.

Excellent consultative selling, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities. Ability to understand technical requirements and effectively coordinate with delivery teams.

Experience working with CRM tools for chance and pipeline management. Self-driven, target-oriented, and passionate about business growth. .
