Key responsibilities
- Assist in creating and managing social media content.
- Use AI-based tools for content, basic image editing, audio, and other creative requirements.
- Help maintain a consistent and engaging online presence for the Company.
- Coordinate with existing clients for feedback, reviews, and relationship-management activities.
- Support CRM updates and client follow-ups.
- Assist with general business, marketing, and administrative activities as required.
We are looking for someone who
- Is a fresher and eager to learn.
- Is confident using a laptop, web browsers, and online tools.
- Has a basic understanding of social media platforms.
- Is comfortable exploring and using AI tools.
- Has good communication and follow-up skills.
- Is creative, organised, responsible, and proactive.
- Can communicate professionally with clients.
Prior professional experience is not required. Practical thinking, willingness to learn, and comfort with technology are more important. This is a long-term role with good growth potential. You’ll gain hands-on experience in social media, AI-assisted content creation, client relationship management, and day-to-day business operations while working closely with a quick-moving team.
