Additionally, the Business Architect supports organizational transformation efforts by preparing detailed business cases and providing guidance throughout the implementation of critical initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and fostering collaboration across teams.

Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Quality Management (QM).

Solid knowledge of business process modeling and analysis techniques.

Experience in translating business requirements into technology-enabled solutions.

Ability to develop and present comprehensive business cases to stakeholders.

Familiarity with change management principles and transformation frameworks.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to facilitate cross-functional collaboration.

Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP Quality Management (QM).

This position is based at our Pune office.
