The Business

Architect translates complex business needs into technology-driven solutions and operational frameworks. Additionally, the role supports organizational transformation by preparing detailed business cases and steering the execution of critical initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and fostering continuous improvement.

Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.





Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and validate business requirements ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Facilitate workshops and meetings to drive consensus and clarity on business objectives and solution approaches.

Assist in monitoring the progress of transformation initiatives and provide feedback for continuous enhancement.

Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on business architecture practices.

Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Board International Software.

Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify improvement opportunities.

Ability to translate complex business challenges into explicit, actionable technology solutions.

Experience in developing business cases and supporting strategic decision-making.

Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders and facilitate collaboration.

Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Board International Software.

This position is based at our Gurugram office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
