Strong knowledge of customer relationship management processes and how to tailor Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions to meet diverse business needs.

Experience in designing and configuring Microsoft Dynamics CRM modules to optimize business workflows and data management.

Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics CRM environment.

Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect Microsoft Dynamics CRM with other enterprise systems.

Competence in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to Microsoft Dynamics CRM implementations.

Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
