The Business

Architect plays a crucial role in supporting organizational transformation by preparing detailed business cases and providing guidance throughout the implementation of significant initiatives. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of business and technology aspects is a key part of daily activities, fostering continuous improvement and innovation.

Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather and validate business requirements.

Assist in the development and communication of business strategies and roadmaps.

Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Retail Merchandising System (RMS).

Experience in analyzing and documenting business processes and requirements related to retail merchandising.

Ability to translate complex business needs into clear, actionable technology solutions.

Robust skills in stakeholder engagement and communication to align business and technical teams.

Familiarity with business transformation methodologies and change management principles.

Capability to develop business cases and support project implementation activities.

Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle Retail Merchandising System (RMS).

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
