This role requires gathering and analyzing high-level requirements from various stakeholders and designing effective business solutions that align with strategic goals.

The Business

Architect collaborates closely with teams to support transformation initiatives by preparing detailed business cases and providing guidance throughout the implementation of critical projects. The position demands a proactive approach to bridging business needs with technology capabilities, ensuring seamless integration and operational efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities: Analyze and understand business requirements within Oracle RMS context

Prepare detailed test scenarios covering RMS functional areas like merchandising, pricing, inventory & replenishment

Author test scripts with step-by-step instructions,



expected results and RMS data setup conditions

Map test scenarios to business requirements for full traceability

Review and validate test scripts with business stakeholders before execution

Test case execution & defect management

Execute functional and regression test cases across RMS modules

Log, track and triage defects with clear reproduction steps

Coordinate with development teams on defect resolution and retest cycles

Perform end-to-end scenario validation covering RMS-to-downstream integrations

Prepare test execution metrics — test cases planned vs executed, pass/fail rates, defect density

Track and report defect aging, severity distribution and open/closed trends

Maintain test coverage traceability matrix and sign-off documentation Skilled & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Retail Merchandising System (RMS).

Experience with retail business processes and merchandising operations.

Strong analytical skills to assess business requirements and translate them into effective solutions.

Ability to design and document business processes and operating models.

Excellent communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders and convey complex concepts clearly.

Familiarity with change management principles and supporting transformation initiatives.

Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Oracle Retail Merchandising System (RMS).

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
