This role requires hands-on experience with OTM modules and a strong understanding of logistics and supply chain processes. You will work closely with senior consultants and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions aligned with client requirements.

The role could be in a support or a development assignment.

Roles & Responsibilities: Assist in full lifecycle OTM implementation projects, including requirement gathering, configuration, testing, and deployment.

Configure OTM modules such as Order Management, Shipment Planning, Rate Management, and Workflow Automation.

Develop and maintain custom agents, events,



and actions for automation.

Support integration activities with ERP/WMS systems and external partners.

Prepare functional documentation, process flows, and configuration guides.

Participate in unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.

Collaborate with senior consultants and client stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.

Professional & Technical Skills: 3–6 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Transportation Management (OTM).

Strong knowledge of OTM modules: Order Management, Shipment Planning, Rate Management.

Experience in OTM configuration, workflow setup, and custom agent development.

Familiarity with SQL, PL/SQL, and basic scripting for OTM customizations.

Understanding of logistics and supply chain processes. Good communication and documentation skills. Ability to work in Agile/DevOps environments is a plus.

Additional Information: Good to have: Exposure to OTM Cloud implementations, knowledge of BI Publisher reporting and OTM integrations, certifications in Oracle OTM or related supply chain modules.

The candidate should have 3-6 years of experience in Oracle SCM Transportation Management.

This position is open across multiple Accenture locations.
