Role Description The Business and Sales Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The individual in this role will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain client relationships, and promote SHRS services such as recruitment, staffing, and business solutions. Daily responsibilities include managing sales pipelines, conducting client meetings, preparing proposals, and negotiating terms to achieve sales targets.

The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery, resolving client issues, and providing ongoing account support. Regular reporting on sales activities, market trends, and competitor insights will be required to support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Sales and Business Development skills, including lead generation, prospect qualification, and closing deals.





- Candidates should possess solid Account Management and Customer Service skills to maintain relationships, handle inquiries, and ensure client satisfaction.

- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, for presentations, negotiations, and internal collaboration.

- Candidates should possess basic understanding of HR, recruitment, or staffing services, with the ability to learn product and service offerings quickly.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools, with strong organizational and time-management abilities.

- Proven ability to work towards targets, analyze market trends, and adapt strategies accordingly.

- Prior experience in B2B sales or service-based industries is preferred but not mandatory.
