Job Summary
We are hiring an experienced IT Business Analyst with strong domain expertise in both Retail and Fashion/Apparel . The ideal candidate will work with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver IT solutions across retail operations, merchandising, supply chain, and e-commerce platforms.
Key Requirements
- 8+ years of Business Analysis experience.
- Mandatory experience in both Retail and Fashion/Apparel domains.
- Experience in PLM implementation.
- Hands-on experience with POS, ERP, Merchandising, Inventory, Supply Chain, and E-commerce platforms.
- Robust knowledge of Agile/Scrum, JIRA, and Confluence.
- Experience working with USA/Europe stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
- Knowledge of B2B/B2C platforms and omnichannel retail is preferred.
