Key Responsibilities of a UiPath Process & Quality Analyst:

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and process flows for RPA initiatives.

- Develop detailed process documentation, including Process Design Documents (PDDs) and user stories.

- Work closely with RPA developers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- Facilitate workshops and meetings to capture as-is and to-be process states.

- Develop and execute test strategies, plans, and cases for RPA solutions.

- Validate automated processes against business requirements and design documents.

- Perform functional, integration, regression, and performance testing of UiPath bots.

- Identify, document, and track defects; collaborate with developers for resolution.

- Ensure compliance with quality standards and best practices in RPA development.

- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on automation logic and testability.





- Maintain test documentation and provide regular status reports on quality metrics.

- Continuously improve testing processes and tools for RPA projects.

- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure solutions meet business needs.

- Provide post-implementation support and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in RPA or automation projects.

- Solid understanding of business process mapping and reengineering.

- Familiarity with UiPath platform and RPA concepts.

- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

- UiPath Business Analyst or RPA certifications (preferred).
