Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst with experience in the pharmaceutical domain to analyze business processes, gather and document requirements, and support the implementation of technology solutions. The ideal candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and quality assurance teams to ensure solutions meet business needs while complying with industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and system requirements.

Conduct stakeholder meetings, workshops, and interviews to understand business needs.

Create Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS), user stories, and acceptance criteria.

Analyze existing business processes and recommend process improvements.

Collaborate with development, QA, and project management teams throughout the SDLC.

Support Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and daily stand-ups.

Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure business requirements are met.





Maintain project documentation and ensure traceability between business requirements and delivered solutions.

Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills

7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.

Experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences industry.

Strong knowledge of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Experience creating BRDs, FRS, user stories, process flows, and use cases.

Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Visio, and Microsoft Excel.

Basic knowledge of SQL for data analysis.

Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities in Agile Setting

Work with Product Owners to prioritize the product backlog.

Write user stories with clear acceptance criteria.

Facilitate communication between business and technical teams.

Support sprint reviews and retrospectives.

Assist in release planning and change management.

Nice to Have

Experience with CTMS, LIMS, EDC, EDMS, or Pharmacovigilance systems.

Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools.

Experience with data migration and system integration projects.
