We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to work on AI-driven projects. The candidate will be responsible for gathering business requirements, analyzing data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable AI-based solutions aligned with business objectives. Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for AI and data-driven projects
Work closely with stakeholders to understand business problems and translate them into actionable insights
Collaborate with technical teams (AI/ML, data engineering) to define solution approaches
Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization
Prepare business cases, reports, dashboards, and presentations for decision-making
Support implementation and testing of AI solutions
Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with business goals
Identify process improvement opportunities using AI and automation Required Skills & Qualifications
2–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst (preferably in AI / Data / IT projects)
MBA (Business Analytics / IT / Operations / Strategy preferred)
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts and data-driven decision-making
Experience in requirement gathering, BRD/FRD documentation
Proficiency in tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work with cross-functional teams Preferred Skills
Exposure to AI/ML tools or platforms
Knowledge of SQL, Python (basic level is a plus)
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environment
Familiarity with automation tools or data platforms
Understanding of business process mapping
