We work closely with customers in North America, so this role requires someone who is comfortable understanding business processes, speaking with customers, gathering requirements, and working with our product and development teams to turn those requirements into practical solutions.

About the Role

We are looking for a Business Analyst who can act as the bridge between our customers and our technical team.

You do not need to be a developer, but you should be comfortable understanding how business software works, especially ERP systems and operational workflows.

A big part of the role will involve speaking with customers, understanding how they currently work, identifying pain points and manual processes, and helping our team design the right solution.

Since most of our customers are based in North America, strong spoken and written English is very important.

We are looking for someone who is curious, structured, comfortable asking questions, and able to understand a business process beyond just what is written in a requirement document.

What You Will Do

Speak directly with customers to understand their business processes, challenges, and requirements.

Conduct requirement-gathering and discovery calls with customers in North America.

Understand how customers currently use their ERP and other business systems.

Map existing workflows and identify opportunities for automation.





Convert customer discussions into clear functional requirements, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.

Work closely with developers, product teams, and management to explain customer requirements.

Help the development team understand the business context behind a feature, not just the technical requirement.

Review proposed solutions and make sure they solve the customer's actual business problem.

Participate in product demonstrations, implementation discussions, and customer onboarding.

Help configure and validate workflows based on customer requirements.

Test completed features from a business/user perspective before they are presented to customers.

Document customer processes, integrations, field mappings, business rules, and exceptions.

Coordinate with customers during implementation and help resolve requirement-related questions.

Identify gaps, edge cases, and scenarios that may have been missed during initial discussions.

Understand customer feedback and convert it into actionable product improvements.

Support the sales and implementation teams when deeper business or product understanding is required.

What We Are Looking ForMust Have

2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, ERP Consultant, Product Analyst, Implementation Consultant, or similar role.





Good understanding of ERP systems and business processes.

Valuable understanding of common workflows such as:

Purchase Orders

Sales Orders

Inventory

Receiving

Invoicing

Vendors and Customers

Basic manufacturing or distribution processes

Strong spoken English.

Strong written communication skills.

Confidence communicating directly with customers from the US and Canada.

Ability to ask the right questions and understand what the customer is actually trying to achieve.

Ability to convert business requirements into clear documentation for technical teams.

Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Comfortable working with developers and understanding technical discussions at a functional level.

Ability to understand workflows involving multiple systems, documents, users, approvals, and business rules.

Good attention to detail.

Knowledge of SQL

Java, Python Good to Have

Experience or knowledge in any of the following would be a strong advantage:

ERP implementation or ERP customization.

Manufacturing or distribution businesses.

Metal and steel industry.

Quality Assurance or Quality Control processes.

Material Test Reports / Mill Test Reports / MTRs.

Certificates of Analysis or Certificates of Conformance.

Document automation.

OCR or AI-based document processing.

Purchase Order and Sales Order automation.

Invoice processing and three-way matching.

RFQ and quotation processes.

Engineering drawings, specifications, or technical documents.

Inventory receiving and material traceability.

Workflow automation.

API integrations or ERP integrations.

Working with SaaS products.
