Business Analyst – Process Excellence

Experience: 3-5 Years

Work Model: Hybrid (3 days/week from office)

Shift Requirement: Flexible to work across global time zones and shifts as required

About the Role

We are seeking a Business Analyst to support workflow analysis and process excellence initiatives across the organization. The role will focus on process discovery, documentation, workflow audits, data analysis, and identifying improvement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and business outcomes.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with global stakeholders, managing multiple priorities, and driving process improvement initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Support problem scoping and creation of project charters for workflow audits.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews, data gathering, and process discovery sessions.
- Document current-state workflows and create process maps.
- Perform VA/NVA and root cause analysis to identify inefficiencies.
- Recommend process improvements, automation opportunities, and workflow optimizations.
- Create current-state and future-state process documentation and presentations.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams.
- Maintain audit records, project documentation, and status updates.
- Manage multiple initiatives while ensuring adherence to quality standards and timelines.
- Continuously build knowledge in Lean, Agile, AI tools, and process excellence practices.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in business, Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- Certifications in Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, or Business Analysis are desirable.
- Prior experience in process improvement, operational excellence, or workflow analysis initiatives.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Deliver 3+ workflow audits per month from discovery through recommendations.
- Meet documentation, audit quality, and SOP compliance standards.
- Maintain robust stakeholder feedback and collaboration ratings.
- Demonstrate responsiveness, accountability, and timely status updates.
- Identify and drive process improvement and tool adoption opportunities.

Work Environment

- Hybrid model with a minimum of 3 days per week in office.
- Flexibility to collaborate across global time zones.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-project workplace.
