Job Title: Business Analyst (Channels)

Job Profile:
A senior BA with background in Channels delivery and implementation.
Strong background in any Retail banking domain preferably Channels.
Experienced in Transformation BA, with ability to identify, document and manage change requirements.
Has in dept understanding of the change lifecycle.
Valuable Stakeholder management to engage with senior leadership, operations and technology teams.
Strong Jira skills and awareness of HSBC systems and is desirable.
