BA Engage with business stakeholders, credit, operations, product, and technology teams to understand business requirements by going through user stories. Prepare / go through BRD (Business Requirement Documents), FRD (Functional Requirement Documents), User Stories, and Process Flow Diagrams (BPMN). Act as a bridge between business users and technology delivery teams (internal and external) Coordinate with third-party vendors, service providers, and credit bureaus stakeholders for system integrations and functional clarifications Support SIT, UAT, and regression testing by validating functional scenarios and ensuring adherence to requirements.

Manage issue tracking, root cause analysis, and defect resolution coordination. Liaise with Quality Assurance / Testing team to ensure that delivery is in accordance with the test plan and meets the set standards. Assist business teams during go-live and stabilization phases.

Configure the product specifications based on business requirements Prepare a robust project plan and adhere to the agreed schedule defined in the project plan. Ensure timely project-related updates to all involved stakeholders. Duration - 1 year (Can be renewable) .
